THE COMPOSER
Guillermo Guareschi is a film composer, contemporary classical composer, and orchestrator renowned for his contributions to movies, prime-time TV shows, and symphonic works. With a distinguished academic background, Guillermo graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music in Boston.
During his time at Berklee, he had the privilege of studying under esteemed orchestration experts such as Jack Smalley, David Spear, and Dennis Leclaire. To further refine his craft, he pursued an internship with the renowned Mike Post, delving into the intricacies of scoring for television. His commitment to advancing his skills led him to engage in music-to-picture training with industry luminaries Earle Hagen and Fred Karlin at the prestigious BMI and ASCAP film scoring workshops in Los Angeles.
Deeply connected to his roots, Guillermo also received invaluable tutelage from the legendary Anibal Arias in Buenos Aires, where he immersed himself in the rich heritage and essence of Tango Music.
Guillermo's notable works for film include captivating scores for movies such as "Phase 7" (Fase 7), "Tiempo de Valientes" (On Probation) by Damian Szifron, "Dias de Vinilo," "Música en Espera," and "El Fondo del Mar" (also by Damian Szifron), as well as "Los Paranoicos" and "Pistas para Volver a Casa," among others.
In the realm of prime-time TV, Guillermo has left an indelible mark with his compositions for shows such as "Los Simuladores" by Damian Szifron, wich is considered the most succesfull series in the history of Argentina. "Hermanos & Detectives" by Damian Szifron, "Montecristo," "Vidas Robadas," "Ciega a Citas," "Mitos," "Unidos por la Historia," and "El Elegido," which have aired on prominent networks including Telefe, History Channel, America, and Canal 7.
Guillermo personally orchestrates and produces all of his film and TV scores.
His sensitivity and versatility has led him to compose for projects spanning various genres.

CLASSICAL CONTEMPORARY COMPOSER
Guillermo Guareschi has composed several contemporary pieces for full orchestra and small ensembles. Esferas was commisioned by The Teatro Argentino de La Plata. He has composed the overture for the succesfull events for the Teatro Colòn: Unicos, Duetos, Las Elegidas, Los Elegidos and Embajadores. He co-wrote an Opera in three movements and did the orchestration.

Guillermo had arranged, orchestrated and produced music for Luis Fonsi, Axel, Maria Martha Serra Lima, Jairo, Patricia Sosa, Valeria Lynch, Antonio Tarragò Ros, Maria Graña, Virginia Tola, Marcela Morelo, Tini and for pop and rock bands.
